Today, Pino's weight was 865 g. He is really starting to get chunky.

Pino had a check-up appointment with the specialist vet today. He was very pleased with Pino. One more week of antibiotics for my little boy.
But flare ups are likely to happen again. Luckily, the antibiotic starts to work quickly so I just have to have a close eye on him and step in as soon as there are symptoms again.

Vicky was also examined. She has lost a bit of weight lately (again) and tends to spend most of her time in a fleece tunnel.
To see if pain medication will help (there could be a source of pain at her lower spin but not 100 percent sure because she was quite annoyed by the whole examination) she is on metacam for a week.
