Cherry cuddling up to Pino, putting her nose into the fur on his nose ... not really trying to cuddle with him but trying to make him move.
He doesn't react to subtle attempts.

Scene 2
Vicky enjoying her evening treat.
Here comes Kylie on a mission.
Yes, you're right. She doesn't want Vicky to enjoy her evening treat. Not that she wants to eat it herself, just have a look and disturb Vicky.
But Vicky obviously has been disturbed too often today. So she jumps into Kylie's face and nips her
Couldn't believe my eyes. Kylie didn't believe it either. Luckily, Kylie has a thick protective fur but Vicky's nip did hurt.
I went between the two of them because Kylie was on the verge of teeth chattering. Wouldn't wanr ww3 to brake loose just because of one nip.

Scene 3:
Even though the girls are starting to take food from me, they are still very suspicious of my hands about my presence.
They are masters of running, sending the bedding flying to all directions.
Scene 3 can happen anytime with or without external stimulus. 🙈

Hands are scary things and it’s such fun to make mess mess and more mess 😂
 
Pino finished another course of Baytril yesterday! He has lost a tiny bit of weight but he started exploring my study again.

Vicky's weight has stabilized. I hope I've found a good dosage for her pain medication. At nearly 5.5 she won't put weight on easily but I hope that at least she won't loose any more.

Kylie is her usual slighty grumpy self. Since she was more docile when she wasn't feeling well, I take this as a good sign. :lol:🙈
 
The girls are incredibly sweet. Both are taking veggies from my hand. :D
But it's nearly impossible to catch them. And they have learned to stay away from places where I could pick them up more easily. 🏃‍♂️

Both have gained weight, Cherry more than Chinchi. Chinchi loves to run around at full speed and she could be starting to become more friendly with Pino.
Cherry has been known to chase Pino. 🙈 She has also nipped me when I held her and Chinchi for a short time.

I think Chinchi was just trying to figure out if she could snatch one of the last blades of grass from under Kylie's bum. :hmm:
 
The last days were cruesome. And unfortunately my flat really heated up and I would need a few cooler days and much cooler nights to get the temperature down again than I'll get.
They promised rain for yesterday evening, this night and this morning. So far not a drop. There are dark clouds hanging around but at the best we will probably get a slight drizzle or a 2-minute downpour.
 
Unfortunately Pino has got breathing noises again though we have just finished two weeks of Baytril.
I'm torn between giving him a rest from antibiotics, starting with Baytril again or starting with Eusaprim. :hmm::blink:
I'm pretty sure that there is an element of stress involved and the heat stress is big at the moment.
