Just so you know. If you make any changes to the diet make sure you do it gradually so it doesn't affect your piggy in any way (adding romaine lettice to there diet for example). Make sure you vary there veggies to get a balanced diet. The amount of pellets looks fine and I'm glad your using nuggets rather than that mixed food.

pellets should be cereals free (no wheat, no starch, no gluten). 20-30g is the max dose because with more pellets they don't eat hay. My piggies have maybe 10g in two... and they are growing up amazingly. According to the latest researches also the vegs should be limited, because their main food is hay and grass. Your diet seems correct, but check the label of the pellets; it does not matter which shop sells them and which firm produces them; you need only to read the label, preferring the pellet made of GRASS and with a high percentage of fibres. You can buy them online, too (prices are lower).
I suggest you this very good web site (suggested to me by a vet). I link now the page about the nutrition rules, but you should read every single page. It is a very updated and useful website.

We feed ours this roughly

Morning:
Cucumber -1.5 cm x 2cm chunks (twice)
Celery - 1 stick between 3 chopped up small
1/6th of Red/Green/Yellow Bell Pepper (de-seeded)

Evening:
Cucumber 1.5 cm x 2cm chunks (twice)
Two Little Gem Lettuce leaves or 10 sprigs Coriander. Twice a week we will swap in cabbage or parsley

We also add in to the above diet carrot, sweet potato, celery leaves and a few other things occasionally

But by no means am I any expert on food here, some folks on the forum are really clued up... so pick up advise where you can.
