Piggies are little food processors so being greedy is natural behaviour.
As @Bill & Ted said he can have a cuddle to let the others eat.
You can also make sure that you have at least 2 bowls, several piles of hay, scatter veggies around which will give the others a chance.
Have a browse through the forum behaviour threads - they will help you to understand why piggies behave as they do.

Why don’t you try floortime with the piggie who eats a lot and let the other piggie stay in the cage till later? 
If taking him out the cage doesn't work, I tend to give each of mine their share of pellets and veg at opposite ends of the cage, as well as spreading the food out during the day (so they'll get a part of their overall daily veg every few hours or so). It usually doesn't give them a chance to hog the food, because they're both busy eating their share in usual piggie style (eating as fast as they can!). I also make sure there are at least two piles of hay in completely different areas. They're usually happy to share their hay, but there's always the alternative pile of hay if, for some reason, one or the other doesn't want to share that day.
I also sometimes hand feed their pellets so they get an equal share, and it also makes them work for it and (hopefully) makes it a little more interesting for them. They've worked out what tricks to do!
