Thank you all for your lovely feedback! The option to subscribe is on the homepage, if you like it then please share the word! Potty for Piggies is hopefully going to be very popular!
I'm now looking for:
* Lots of pigtures where possible!
* A Happy Rehoming Story, preferably from rescue but any is good
* A guest blogger for next Friday
* Any health conditions to increase awareness of (I have my first one for Tuesday, but need more!), recommended treats or veggies.
* Top care tips!
* Recommendations for Rescue of the Month for January
* Suggested literature or websites to link to

I can't do this alone, I will just do my absolute best to do everyone justice.
Please PM me or email [email protected] if you have anything for me :)

Massive thanks to *Nibbles&Niugget* for their first guest blog entry, the wonderfully written Pigtionary.
This evening's Ask the Experts post will be going live shortly.

Bump bump - haven't had much response yet, please help me share the rescue looooove :)

Thank you to Lisaali for her happy rehoming story, it will definitely be this Thursday's post on Potty for Piggies :)

I'm about to update for this wheek's Rescue Piggies, the gorgeous PEW brothers that Suzy has at GGPR, Wilbur and Orville :) Please share the love and help promote my website :) If you like it, please subscribe and help get some more wheeking fans :)

I know I'm the only one posting on here now, but if you've discovered the Facebook page then you'll know I'm drawing people in there instead :p

Just wanted to share my latest idea from P4P:
I'll take a visitor count just before midnight on November 30th. For EVERY hit on the website throughout December, I'll donate 5p to our Rescue of the Month, Glynneath Guinea Pig Rescue.
For every new like to our Facebook page, I'll donate 10p! So be prepared to share the Potty word! X

It might not sound like a lot, 5p a hit, but we've had over 200 hits in the first week alone, so a month has the potential for something amazing! (Granted a fair few of those are probably mine but I don't mind! :p)

Your new blog post and 'treat of the week' has just reminded me that I need to buy carrots tomorrow! Potty for Piggies is not only interesting and informative, but it's incredibly useful too! :))

Hehe thank you! I know my piggies have a soft spot for carrot tops, like I do with chocolate! It's not good for me but I like it anyway!
I've got my first competition running on my Facebook page, for a chance to win a set of hutch tags from Squidge :) If you haven't mosied over, maybe you should :)

Erm, hey there. I don't mean to be all pushy and stuff, but I was just wondering if you were willing to go over and take a look at my website or Facebook page? I've put out my wheekly appeal for content to help keep people involved in the stuff I write :)

Website = http://pottyforpiggies.webs.com
Facebook page = http://www.facebook.com/PottyForPiggies

If you have anything you're willing to share, these are the kind of things I'm looking for:
* Treat of the Wheek suggestions for tomorrow.
* Recommendations for Rescue Piggies of the Wheek for Monday: this is our most popular section, whee can make a major difference with this bit!
* A happy rehoming story for Thursday.
* A guest blog for Friday
* A question to put to the fans for next Saturday.
* Recommendations for Rescue of the Month for January. Nominations close on Thursday, so if you want to put someone's name in please do it soon! :)

Thank you, please let me know what you think if you do decide to take a look :) x

Whee are loving the site and have told some friends about it today! How are you going with the guest post for our blog so that whee can get our readers to pop over and see you?! :)

Nibbles, Nutty, Buddy & Basil
x

I tried to reply to you but your inbox was full! I'll try again today, hopefully I can see my little fluffy girl live in print soon :)
Thank you so much for sharing with your friends :) x

Have you picked your Treat of the Wheek yet? Cherry tomatoes are a firm favourite with my boys at the moment, even if it does result in lots of red, mushy faces!

For anyone who's interested and has been supportive, but might not have seen this on the Facebook page yet today, we've been live for a month! And this is just some of the wonderful things this little page has accomplished...

I've just realised something amazing - the Potty for Piggies web page has been running for 1 month today! In that time, we've:
* helped rehome 1 pair of piggies, and put the word out about 2 more that need homes.
* gathered 168 Facebook fans from all over the world - the UK, to Australia and the USA (in just under a month!)
* raised nearly £25 for Glynneath GPR
* got the seal of approval from 3 different rescues, and hoping to improve on this all the time!
* run a competition for gorgeous celebrating piggies, with another one in line for January.
* managed to create 1 post for every day (whether they're on time or not!)
* featured rehoming stories, advice and guest blogs from 8 different people (at least!)
* And... latest news, how amazing is this? We've put our name in to be featured in Guinea Pig Magazine! This may take some time, but won't it be wonderful?
