Well I'm pleased to say were well on our way to see Simon tomorrow were only 70 mins from kings cross then an hour on an another train to Northampton woo hoo , can't wait till tomorrow to see if he can work his magic on gizmo I'm praying he can :) gizmo was a bit stressed for the first 20 mins on the train but been great since having his syringe feeds and cuddles xx

He's a lovely piggy, I do hope Simon can help him get better. Lots of healing vibes to Gizmo!

Well today is the day ,wide awake and feeding gizmo again roll on his appointment with Simon as I know from everybody here gizmo is going to be in the best hands today :) although nervous and worried he can't help him but I need to stay positive while my partner and daughter are still in bed snoring haha , thanks for all the good luck wishes your all great xx

Good luck for today little Gizmo. My little piggy was also told he should be put to sleep on Sunday but decided to travel and get a second opinion from Simon. He was amazing and putting to sleep wasn't even an option with Simon. Also, Debbie at the excellent adventure sanctuary couldn't have been more friendly and helpful for my piggy. Gizmo really is in amazingly good hands today! Stay positive :) xx

I just saw on Facebook that gizmo is with Debbie and he is putting weight on - eating a little and taking syringe feeds better. @suzanne barton was on the post as well so I have asked what happened as we have all been waiting for an update on this thread. Good news is that little gizmo seems to be doing ok.

I'm so so sorry everybody for this late post , well we travelled down from edinburgh to Northampton on wed morning an spent the night in a hotel and Debbie picked us up and took us to see Kim at the vet , his weight when we left edinburgh was 667 and done lots of feeds going down and while there buy when he got weighed I'm sure Kim said he was only 567 :( she took him through the back and found his top teeth were spurred and clogged up with fur from grooming and also lots of food from syringe feeding :( she has cleared it all and filed his teeth back also has lots of ulcers from his spurs and now he's at Debbie's for trips back and forward for his teeth and pleased so say he's ate a little himself and also from Debbie helping out and he's now 706 ! I am so so happy and could not thank Debbie and Kim enough there Angels xx

Would like to also say a big thank you to all you guys that posted advice and info for me here which lead me to speak to Debbie and go to Kim , can't thank you all enough , a big thank you from us all and more so Ellis (my 11 year old daughter ) and gizmo x
