Guinea Pigs without water - what would you do?

I know it's not ideal but my hands are tied and I've been told to keep away until Friday - I just hope it resolves in a way I am happy with otherwise I won't be able to do anything over the summer as they go to different homes

Hi, is their any update on these little fellas?

Despite RSPCA inspecting twice and my local Councillor having a meeting with the school, the guinea pig and other one (still not sure if rabbit or another guinea pig) are still in the possession of the school but have been taken away for summer, so will see what happens in September when they come back.

One rabbit was allegedly stolen - so no idea what happened to that little one.

Also when the Councillor visited told me that the guinea pig in the horrendous small hutch with run underneath, had two bottles of water. Which had never been there before as I have pictures of there only being one and on two occasions completely empty during the very hot weather we had.

I have done all I and the only thing I can do it monitor the situation, which deeply upsets me but what else can I do?

You can't do anymore really but you've tried to help so well done to you. I would continue to take pictures of the hutch when there is no water and resend these to the RSPCA and the councillor.

Well done for having done what you can; at least you have achieved something, even if it is far from ideal! I hope that the piggies are in good care with a member of staff over the holiday, and that they will be better cared for afterwards.

Sadly, you end up with an unsatisfactory compromise all too often - but at least you have made those piggies' lot better!
