I type this through floods of tears as Bridget needs so many healing vibes and it has come as a shock to me. She has been treated for a UTI recently but over the weekend she has taken a sudden downturn and has to have an emergency op in the morning. She looks so ill right now but the thought of losing her is consuming me. She is such a friendly gentle soul and I love her to bits. Fingers crossed she will come through it

I hope lovely Bridget will be OK. Operations are terrifying. I hope your sweet girl will recover and be OK ❤️🙏🐾

BIG HUGS

I am keeping my fingers firmly crossed for poorly Bridget. Emergency operations are always extra tough.

Here is our helpful operation information, should you need it: Tips For Post-operative Care

Sending massive healing vibes to Bridget and hugs to you!

Kylie took a turn for the worse on the evening before the scheduled operation and had an emergency vet visit because she was in so much pain. But she still sailed through the op and the time after.
I hope it will be the same for Bridget.

Thank you, so do I x
She's gone down to 680g but was never much above 800g

My Ceri went from 700g without any clear symptoms but looking suddenly off on the Friday down to 520g by her emergency bladder stone operation on the Monday (the earliest she could be seen), which was a very close run. Two weeks post op she was back up to 700g.

Her pulling through the op was my best 50th birthday present but it made for some anxious hours because I had to give the go ahead for the op standing on the side of canal in Amsterdam.

I am eternally grateful to @furryfriends (TEAS) for looking after Ceri at her sanctuary on very short notice over the weekend as the local pet service was just coming in to feed the piggies. We literally dropped Ceri off on our way to the airport and picked her up again on our way home. It was our first proper holiday break after my MIL's death a year ago that was not a family visit to Switzerland and we'd been really looking forward to it after a several rough and sad years.

I hope dear Bridget gets on well tomorrow
Sending you both much love and healing vibes ❤️
