We are going to the vet in half an hour, he's currently wrapped up in a blanket with a heatpack next to him. He's been off his food and just not himself

He's back home with some Recovery Plus and Metacam and going back tomorrow. He has a tender abdomen.
I would leave the cucumber out if his tummy is tender. All the best!

Thank you everyone! He hates Recovery Plus but he's managed water and some hay plus a little salad. He had a little blood in his urine earlier but none since. Going back to the vet at 9:15am tomorrow. Quinn is next to him just now x

With a tender abdomen and blood in urine id maybe request an xray to rule out stones. Keep a check that he is still passing urine and doesnt become blocked.
Id also keep an eye that he doesnt become bloated. Make sure his abdo stays soft and not hollow when tapped. The lack of poos could ofcourse just be from a lack of food rather than bloat.

Did the vet indicate what they thought was wrong? Please keep an eye out for bloat, my first thought would be that, especially with the small poo output
