Healing Vibes for Poorly Hazel and a Request for Advice

How is little Hazel doing, hope she’s on the mend x
Thanks for asking. Hazel had a vet appointment this morning. They are pleased with her progress, the swelling they could feel last week has subsided. However, Hazel is still squeaking when she passes urine so we have Cerenia and Metacam for another week. If by the weekend she is still vocalising when she passes urine, we have to book her in for another ultrasound. Her feet are healing well with the Epsom salt baths and Sudocrem. So i'm hoping she will continue to improve over the next few days.

How's huggable Hazel getting on? Is she still vocal or have things settled for her a bit now?
Is she going to need another ultrasound?
Healing vibes still coming your way for a full & speedy recovery :luv:
C'mon Hazel.... We only want happy Hazel wheeks  & not painful piggy wheeks
♥ Xx

Thank you all for asking after Hazel. She is eating really well and I hadn't noticed her squeaking when passing urine for a few days. However, yesterday we had a couple of pink wees. Not sure if this is just because her bladder is still healing. I'm going to call the vet on Monday and see what they say.

Hope Hazel is still healing well and the pink wees were nothing to worry about :hug:xx
Thanks so much for asking about Hazel. 😍 We haven't had any more pink wees and the vet advised that we keep an eye on her now she has finished her meds. Any sign of discomfort or more pink wee and she will be booked in for another ultrasound.

Currently she seems to be ok and has been enjoying time outside in the run munching lots of grass. So fingers crossed that all will continue to go well for her.😃
