I'm glad you went for a different vets :nod:, to be honest I wouldnt have had much faith in the other vet :no:
£190 for an ultrasound sounds expensive too- I'm pretty sure when my rainbow Bridge piggy Ellie had hers for her ovarian cyst they only charged me the consultation fee, plus any meds & the maximum of about £15 extra if that!... & I got to see the scan in progress as I held her :wub:

Heidi is having Surgery now.
Heidi was poorly this am and i was very sad. Sheryl the vet gave Heidi a examination and thinks could be a stone or tumour. . no time for scan as Heidi bled.
So with heavy heart my baby piggie is having Surgery and i been warned it's very risky and we agreed it's her best chance.
I'm in bits but come on Heidi. . :luv:

Oh no so sorry to hear this but if its her best chance then we're all hoping for a good outcome and sending you both massive hugs and lots of healing wheeks and piggy kisses x
 
Sorry she’s having to have surgery, I know how worrying it is with an old piggy. But my Jess came through her eye removal op at the same age so hoping the same for Heidi, we’ve all got everything crossed here for you and her. Aliona sends you a big piggy kiss too xx

Yeah come on Heidi you have a daddy that idolises you and the whole of the GPF willing you on x
 
through tears and being that I cant give full details.
Heidi died in the vets arms before surgery. Sheryl said it was very peaceful and explained things.
I'm heartbroken. love you Heidi
