Help! Is this a good sign or not?

Okay we have been bonding for going on 3 hours now. Peppa (the white one) is kind of splayed out with her eyes closed which I know means she is comfortable. However whenever Echo (they grey one) moves Peppa is still nipping at her. Even if Echo is just sitting there eating sometimes Peppa Will just walk up and stick her face right in Echo‘s face and then eventually nip at her. Echo has been super submissive the entire time. She has never nipped back at Peppa. She makes a really loud squeaking noise when Peppa gets close to her letting her know that she is submissive and she stands completely still and let’s pepper mount her. Does this mean that the introduction is going well or is the fact that Peppa still is nipping mean that this may not work out?

A few things to note:
I have had them both sexed and they are both females.
This introduction was done in a room where neither pig had ever been before. All of the hides and all of the blankets and everything were washed and neither pig had ever touched them before so it was a completely neutral area.
My newest pig echo did have a 14 day quarantine before being introduced to Peppa

If there's submissive squealing from Echo that's a good sign. She's telling Peppa that Peppa can be top pig. It sounds as though it's all coming along nicely. Have they eaten hay together, slept together and woken up yet?

Hi

Acceptance has happened and your girls have moved on to establish a leader and a hierarchy. Nipping is normal mild dominance behaviour with the correct answer being submission screaming.

Please take a deep breath; the bonding is going well. Just let your girls work through it.
