Poppy (the oldest) and cricket (my newest) have been in the same cage for 2 or more weeks now. They popcorn, run around the cage and poppy also licks cricket. However, every once in a while Poppy will nip at her. She doesn’t go and look for cricket just to bite, cricket usually comes by her and that’s when it happens(not all the time). She has never broken the skin and as far as I know Poppy has not done any teeth chattering or holding her head up high. Is this normal? Are they bonding? I’m new and would like anybody’s input :)

It's entirely normal. Nipping is a gesture of power. It doesnt break the skin, it doesnt hurt - its simply the dominant putting the submissive in her place.
It takes two weeks after the initial introduction for them to fully establish their relationship and hierarchy - was yours have now been together for longer than two weeks, they have bonded and now have that working hierarchy.
