Mostly for @Roclibrarian so she can be reassured her lovely girls are friends again and also making new friends :)

Herd spam! 6/7 in the hayroom, half blind Blod went the wrong way since I moved the furniture but she can just follow the smell to find them :)

The mushroom house in the corner is the one rainbow bridge Jezzy infamously got stuck in, she has bequeathed it to Aunty Luna along with her favourite bum bath towel that has pictures of carrots on- Jezzy loved Luna, they shared a laundry basket journey to the bathroom a few times for floofy pant wash days :)

Big boss Clover (who isnt that big or confident anymore, but is still the boss) sharing dinner with aspiring boss Lavender. Still got a few things to learn about senior management Lavender, but Clover will show you, new 2nd Lieutenant!

Feeding time at the zoo :) it is an hour before usual dinner time but Luna is very lively today and very loud, she helped daddy poop scoop the cage and after the pea flakes stopped she is still hungry!

We are a herd I think :) after a few misunderstandings and a lot of stress, Clover just woke up today ready to embrace the daft giant lilac apprentice and put the paw print of approval on things :)

Its all down to the Theo magic, he's such a special little husboar and such a diligent peacemaker, he just hates any upset and he's been working round the clock on herd negotiations to keep all his ladies happy, if he sees trouble brewing he flings himself on the floor between the cross ladies in his most submissive posture, then does a subtle sexy bum wiggle to defuse any tension :) nobody wants to mate with him, he's everypigs favourite little brother, but they all love him and he just loves herd life :)
I promised him 3 and a half years ago when he was going in for his neutering op after a bad start in life being bullied in a petshop then neglected and living alone for a month with his first bad humans... he'd never be alone again, and he certainly won't be, 6 lady friends now plus one over the rainbow bridge, he is living his best boar life :)
 
We still have Ollie and Tallulah who live seperately but they have moved upstairs now into Lavender and Luna's old space in the home office penthouse suite next to the radiator so they dont need to spend the winter under a blanket because of the draft from the back door!
Its all going very well, paws crossed, Tallulah naked hippo likes the upstairs radiator spot a lot :)

He certainly is, well done Theo for keeping these ladies happy!
 
Oh such lovely updates! Theo sounds amazing and such a good husboar.

I remember you posting a picture of little Theo sitting on a house as close as possible to the bars and the ladies nearby .... trying to catch a glimpse and a waft of ladypig pheromones from Piggle and Puggle. His present life as husboar to six surely surpasses his wildest boarly dreams compared to his existence before you rescued him. Fate was certainly smiling on him the day he came to your attention :nod:

We are experimenting with a new way of serving dinner, 7 bowls for 7 pigs was a recipe for chaos! So I suggested troughs, which piggy daddy took offence at because these piggies are far too posh and precious for troughs... so we have "elegant ceramic restaurant style sharing platter plates ideal for tapas, sushi or desserts".
Or, piggy dinners :)

It's working really well because Luna who eats quite slowly always goes to one dish with fewer pigs with Theo, and fatty Lavender the pellet junkie always goes to the other dish with Clover and gives Clover precedence, so it helps balance portion size!
They get hand fed or scatterfed breakfast leaves but dinner is always plated up :)
 
Both Clover and Luna who were both a bit old lady skinny have put on some nice heft since becoming a herd, I think it rather suits them that they can nap and make hay nests in peace while the younger crew dash about!
And Lavender has learned the nose-to-bum piggy train game where the younger 5 all follow each other in a long line, up and down, through the castle, through the tunnel, down the other end of the cage through the other castle house... its lovely to see, everypig always has a companion or several whatever they feel like doing :)
