I've read this thread, but totally confused as to who eventually got the boys.. There are at least 3 people who said they'd have them, no names named, so don't know who got them LOL:{! Was it you deadgirl?

i think its no one mentioned, I think the owner has been in contact with Suzy and she knew someone who had good knowledge/resources with lethal piggies.....thats how I read it? :)

I'll give a bit more detail on the work done behind the scenes to secure the perfect home for these two special babies once things have been confirmed. It's all a work in progress at the moment.

I can now confirm that all being well, these two lovely boys will be coming to live with me. Obviously it's still very early days, but hopefully they will continue to make progress and will be ready to come to their forever home by the end of January.

I have a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with dental piggies and my vet, Simon Maddock, has worked wonders with my other piggies with dental issues. I just hope and pray we can get the chance to give these little guys a fantastic life.

just wanted to say a huge thankyou to you and how glad i am my boys are going to such an experienced carer,Even though i have a great love for guineas am very new to this .my oldest 2 girls are about 2 and a half .have tried to give the babies the best start possible and they seem very healthy, although a lot lighter than their sisters.the girls weigh about 300 g,and the boys coming to you weigh 170g and 190g .they are 3 weeks old.do you think their weight is ok or is there any thing i can do to help ?.will try to get some pics up soon (phone been playing up and digital camera broke!) thanks again ,oh if we can help with getting them to you .hubby said he would be prepared to drive a couple of hours .let me know if we can help xx

It sounds like they're doing really well so far. They're weight seems fine. Earlier this year I adopted four babies who had lost their mummy when they were two weeks old and at three weeks they all weighed less than these two boys.

I' can't wait to meet the little guys and hopefully they will be ready to make the journey to me as soon as they're a little older. I'll be speaking with Suzy again very soon.

Still very early days I know, but definitely sounding very positive!
