How big are excesses for ExoticDirect insurance?

Hello everyone!
I've been considering insuring my piggies and I am exploring options, but I can't find any information on ExoticDirect's excesses. BPI has them very clear when you request a quote on the website, but theres no such thing on ExoticDirect's quote thingy - annoying! Does anyone use them for insurance and can give me information? I know most people use savings (I have been doing the same up until now too) but I hope someone can help me :hmm:
