how did you choose the names for your guineas

I got Mummy and Baby first, March 08. I tried to name them but they were not used to being called anything other than 'the girls'. Auntie (Mum's sister) lost her mate shortly after and was lonely, so she now lives with us too. I tried to call them names but they only really responded to Mummy, Baby and Auntie. So, it has now stuck - certainly made the vet laugh when I said that I'm bringing in Mummy :(|)
