I use to eat super healthy anyways when I was younger, worked out and did amateur boxing.
My whole diet use to be based around veggies, fruits, nuts nad lots of different types of high-protein meats too but all in portions and scaled out.
But, over the last 3 years after I quit boxing, my diet has really gone down hill.
It would be BBQ every other day, beer and hard liquor, Mcdonalds, KFC, hotdogs and burgers at home etc... Everything meat and rarely fruits and veggies.
In the last 3 and a half months since I've had my pigs, I have started eating a lot better, I eat everything the pigs do and while I'm at the grocery store I pick up many different types of fresh greens I haven't eaten in years.
I feel so much better and I am actually dropping weight due to eating healthy once again, and I owe it all to my guinea pigs.
Who else is on the same boat? Doesn't matter if you had a bad diet over the last few years or not, but has your guinea pigs made a difference in the foods you eat now?
