It's the first morning in far too long that I've been greeted by a dawn chorus of wheeks when I came downstairs. They're already getting so confident and I'm getting to see their lovely personalities. I'm so glad I found these two.

It's their 1st cage clean since we got them which means a whole new layout with new exciting things to explore. Seen as we've not really seen much dominance behaviour at all this also means granting them access to the magical top floor with extra cosy places to hide. There's been lots of happy squeaks and even the occasional popcorn. They were both pretty quick at mastering the art of getting treats out of the tippy eggs.

They're getting used to lap time. Hugo likes to watch the TV and enjoys climbing up as high as they can. Rufus is happy with a blanket and a head rub on that lovely crest.
