The online booking service, on their website, is not working correctly. It will confirm your appointment and send a text and email, but the appointment isn't showing on the system at the practice, so you won't be expected. In fact your appointment slot will have been allocated to someone else too.

Until further notice, please do NOT book appointments using the online system and if you have already booked an appointment online, please call the practice ASAP on 01604 478888

Many thanks!

This happened with us, luckily we no longer needed the appointment anyway but when I called to cancel there was no record.
