The online booking service, on their website, is not working correctly. It will confirm your appointment and send a text and email, but the appointment isn't showing on the system at the practice, so you won't be expected. In fact your appointment slot will have been allocated to someone else too.

Until further notice, please do NOT book appointments using the online system and if you have already booked an appointment online, please call the practice ASAP on 01604 478888

Just been to cat and rabbit clinic today.just warning you that they are on holiday .dont know how long.i think til the end of the week.the replacement vet isnt a guinea pig specialist.i found pink wee in dots cage today.ahw is on baytril and metacam.to be honest i dont think she has a uti.but i have found powdery wee .and i feed a low calcium diet.I'm puzzled even filter her water.kale only twice a week. I feed red peppers green peppers and cucumber moat days and not many nuggets
