I've got puppy pads under the newspaper Hun do you think its safe to put them on top as that would work at lot better i just don't know if there safe if they started chewing them :tu:
She will always be in your memories

I think they should be fine but if you do have chewers then you may need to remove them. See how you go?

Thank you re Thelma, I often think of her. Very happy memories :-) x

It's a miserable day here too in Scotland. I cleaned out the piggies cage and got soaked..........not by the rain as mine are indoor piggies. By the shower head! I was washing their litter trays in the bath and I lay down the shower head in the bath then put a litter tray in to rinse it and hit the shower head that flipped round and I got soaked! :lol!:
My children are in Scotland on holiday....we love it there. That is funny about the shower not good through when it's wet outside but you get wet inside lol

All guineas washed and dry and having treats for good behaviour! They LOVE melon! Only allowed a little but the focus on their faces as they ate it was adorable. None misbehaved, no one cried or pooped or fidgeted.. Good piggies!

Tried to take some pigtures of bath time but dropped iPhone in the dirty water :yikes: It appears to be fine but decided best not to take any...oops!
Brilliant made me chuckle :) not the iPhone bit....oops

It's been bad here in the south and now travelled up north yo you. However, makes a perfect excuse to spend time with the guineas! Hope it's not too awful.

Well my piggies are all in now in their own piggy room, we have a storm just hit here and its awful! Glad everyone is all cosied up :P
@katie-elizabeth and I had a storm our way about an hour or so ago Hun sounds like it's headed your way now if so the good news is its sunny down here now so will hope you get the sun too after the storm :)
Great to hear that your new piggy room is ready I'm off to find the photos...so exiting :)

The storm has hit bad now, just gone around the house and battened down the hatches. Piggies are so glad they are in, enoying being spoiled like your boys Kell :)

Hope there's no more rain just yet, I put the washing out when the sun came out but there's still some black clouds...

yes there are some lovely places to visit in Scotland. Hope the kids are having fun.

Aww bless :( I think you should slowly move them in, one item at a time so he doesn't notice lol x

Thank you, more like their dad is having fun by the sounds of it he's took them on a distillery tour today so my daughter said then for a kangaroo burger before heading to a bird of pray sanctuary.

Brilliant Ruth that made me chuckle :)
I would need to start with the hutch or a c&c cage so I could say its a temporary thing and when he moans I will just keep saying I'm getting round to putting them back outside but I'm busy at the mo ;) and see how long I can get away with it for :)

Exactly. Say one of them has a bit of a cold or something and 'vet' has advised over the phone to bring them in for a while so he can get over it... then just keep them there, increase the size of their c+c etc and WHAM they're in! :P

Bwaaahhh going mad! Someone just put up on my local free pets things two lady pigs free to good home :(

It makes me sad too! I want to go and get them, they are only around the corner from me, god knows what numpty they will end up with if I don't :(

you have space now you have your own piggy room haha... I went in pets at home yesterday and there were some lovely piggies in the adoption section... could have come home with them (along with a hamster which needed rehoming)... Wish I could stop myself looking!

I will have 7. I have the space and time to look after them and now the pig room if big enough for them all. Intro's would be done properly too. I think I will have to go get them...

I don't look at the free ads anymore for this exact reason. Lol. Good luck whatever you decide.

I am usually very good and know I can't home them all but when you see numpty's picking them up knowing they wont last 5 minutes before being passed on again. I will be full at the inn if I take these two but at least I will know I have given them a good home :)

I don't mind at all Ruth (@Flutterby ) you know that. :)

I clicked on the little flag at the top which said you had quoted me in a post this took me straight to the bottom of this thread and the only message I saw was the one which you said...off out to pick up two ladies.....I thought oh my word Ruth's taking in old ladies now too :) :lol!:

Ah I cannot read things like gum tree...I'd have loads. Days like today are dangerous for temptation!

Phone is ok everyone, amazingly! I panicked, grabbed it, then dropped it in the water AGAIN! Nearly had heart failure as it's a work phone. Thank goodness it's seems none the worse for it. It's In a good casing so hoping that help (phew, wipes brow). Can you imagine explaining to the boss, that I dropped it in the guinea pigs bath water! Omg :flag:
