I've claimed loads and my two pig's are now both over 6 years old. I pay 28.00 for them it used to be 24.

:D I would think that girls would need more treatment generally, as they are susceptible to more problems with waterworks and breeding equipment, if you know what I mean?

Thanks I thought that too, maybe I will insure my girls and just take it as it comes with the boys.

In my experience my boys are more trouble. I've had four with long term health problems. My girlie's are pretty resilient.

My boy Bumble has cost the most with bladder stones bumblefoot and lump removals - my boy Nuggets cost a fortune with x-rays and chiropractor treatments at £45 for a 10-15 min session - the girls much cheaper at 2 spays - and my other 2 ladies nothing in 3 years - its the luck of the draw and the genetic make up of the pig i think at the end of the day though.
