This is Minnie she’s roughly three years old and lately has been laying in her bed all poofed up. It’s cold in my room and she is by a window *that side is covered with a blanket and I have placed a warm lamp near her* when she is all poofed up she’ll do a shaking head motion which is caused by her chewing but she’ll stop when I get near her. Any advice? Photo for reference 373A42C1-2D31-452E-A56F-63C4CE84AF6D.webp

When guinea pigs poof up they are usually in pain. Is she eating? I would try to get her to the vets as soon as you can.
How is she doing now? Sorry I cant offer more advice, hopefully a more experienced member will come online but I dont know what time
it is in the UK.

It does sound like she needs to see a vet. Puffing up can be a sign of pain.
Please ensure your room is kept warm enough - guinea pigs do best in temperatures of around 18 degrees.
Is she still eating? Has she lost any weight?
If she isn’t eating and is losing weight then you need to step in with syringe feeding her (mushed up pellets) as a matter of urgency to stop her system from shutting down while you are waiting to see a vet
