The goblins were notorious hay flatteners, and once it was flat they didn't want it. So I'd pick up a handful and put it down again so it wasn't flat and they'd be like "ooh new hay!" :D

Now I have burrowers and nesters, which is fine until they all want to burrow into the same pile at the same time. 🙄

Well, so far so good - I’m managing to use a lot less hay, although last night I slipped up and realised I’d put way too much in for their overnight delight! Back to stricter mummy today - although they don’t seem particularly chuffed about this new-fangled arrangement 😉

Marmalade had her first visit to see Aunty Ellie yesterday, which she was NOT at all impressed with. I’ve heard her squeak a few times and wondered if I had acquired another piggy with IC, but Ellie thinks it’s just a bit of stress with all the moving recently. Marmalade has so far not been keen to taste the Loxicom either, so hoping it’ll grow on her. I’m so used to Dori just taking it wherever she happens to be, it feels a bit strange having to get Marmalade out her cage and hold her head to get it in! Hopefully a few days down the line and she’ll love it too 🥰
