Could someone have a look at what that is .
He left this on me after pet him. What should I do now? Do I need to give him probiotics or something right now

Hi

This is most likely a little bit of the mucussy seal that retains the gut microbiome in the gut at the end of the caecum, the last and largest fermentation chambers of the lower gut before the poos leave the body.

Unless you see more, I would not worry. It can happen but more commonly as a mystery one off.

Thank you so much! I will keep monitor him, also should I give him a bit probiotics just in case?

You can give probiotics if that will help to calm your mind. Please do not anxiety hover because you are not helping either yourself or your piggy.

As stated above, in most cases you are looking at a one-off incident or - rarely - at a piggy with some already existing longer term major digestive issues, which is clearly not the case with your piggy.
