Lovely family, they were so happy Willamena was going to a good home.
With her I got a hutch, which I won’t need but good for an animal emergency of some sort. And a large run which I’ve needed so that’s great!
Because We’ve drove 2 hours to the outskirts of Melbourne and it’s lunch time, we made use of the fact that there was a VEGAN Chinese place! So we grabbed a takeaway and headed to a nice nearby park to eat it as quick as possible, of course we couldnt leave Wilma in the car as it’s 31c so she joined us, On a nice shady bench :)

On our way home now and I can’t wait to take photos of her to show you all,
she’s so fluffy, fat and cute! I’m in love :drool:

Lucky piggie! She is ENORMOUS! she is also cute (if cute can go in the same sentence as enormous! 😂) How old is she? Are you going to change her name or keep it?

An enormously beautifully cute piggie :xd:
She’s 3 years old. 4 this August!
I’m still undecided, But I recon I will keep her name but call her Wilma!

shes so huge and pretty💖😭 it must be cute to cuddle her fluffy teddy bear

Awwww Welcome to your new amazing forever home little lady! She is lush  Love her name btw

I love her name! She is lovely and very lucky to have found you!

Aww she's absolutely gorgeous. Congratulations on the new addition.

How is (big) little Wilma doing? x She a gorgeous girl!

She’s doing great thank you!
She met the rest of the herd through the bars a couple of days ago and it went really well! There wasn't really any hostility and it immediately perked Wilma up After chatting to mainly Mary for a few minutes she jumped in her hay box and started eating and stayed out of her hidey house almost the whole time the herd was out playing. Wilma is clearly very happy to know there are other pigs around I took out the solid separation between the cages so now it’s just the grids and they are quite often hanging out together. And haven’t heard any bad noises.
I might bite the bullet and try bonding tomorrow night :clap:

Mary obsessively stares at her sometimes, While Wilma is just going about her own business. she does that with all newbies when they’re separate, she just plonks herself on her side of the grids and watches and waits for some contact from them haha.

so pleased, And also with Patrick the man of the house (don’t tell my partner lol). He surprisingly hasn’t taken loads of interest in her yet which is good.
Fingers crossed!

oh and I don’t know why that attached photo is there..oops!
