Two of my piggies are going to the vet tomorrow and although I'm wondering whether I'm just being paranoid I'm not taking any risks.
On Tuesday I happened to see and hear Bitsy squeaking whilst peeing. I had the experience of this same situation a month ago with her sister Itsy and when she saw the vet (Simon) he actually pushed a small(ish) calcium stone/plug so I made an appointment for Bitsy. I palpated down there like Simon had showed me (gosh, that sounds rude!) and can feel (I think) something hard. However...no more squeaky wees heard:{ Here's my diva:
The next day, Lola started crackling when breathing. A few months ago she had this and after isolating her and taking her to vet the next day she decided to stop crackling at the exact moment Simon started examining her. I was embarrassed and had to swear to Simon she was doing it. He passed a clean bill of health. So this time I waited but when she was still crackling this morning I decided to call to arrange for Lola to go tomorrow as well. But guess what?! She is not crackling anymore tonight mallethead Here is my princess x) :
They are both still going tomorrow but I just don't understand. Am I too paranoid? Does anyone else have piggies like this?
