With a bladder stone, you my want to review your diet. Unfortunately, whether you are a little too high or too low outside the soft spot in the diet, it can led to problems. The knotty part is that this soft spot is a bit different for everbody. The USA is mainly a soft water country whereas the UK is mainly a hard water country so you have that bit more leeway re. calcium.
