I have been a bit fatigued again, especially with the heat, but doing alright. The piggies are delightful as ever, I keep taking pictures to upload and then forgetting to come and do it haha. Here's a few from the last few weeks

Eddie is so big now! He's 1.3kg and as mischievous as ever. He's figured out he's tall enough to prevent me from putting the lid back down when he climbs the bars, so he stays up there at pea flake time to demand more 😅 Here he is in his favourite bed

They were both using the ice pods during the worst of the heat. Meg more than Eddie, he didn't want to leave his cosy bed so he just put one paw on it 😂

Meg is quite cuddly. She'll sit on my arm and stay there on weigh day. Eddie barely fits in the carry bag now. He's showing off his white paw here haha

Eddie was having a nap in his favourite bed earlier. He thought he was covered by the dangling fleece (he was not). The result is indecent 😂

Nutmeg also had big naps today but that’s because she spent the whole afternoon zooming. I was in their room a lot setting up new bookcases and I think she was happy about it because she would not stop running around! She had to keep taking breaks on the ice packs because she was overheating herself, silly thing 😅

Dear Eddie

You are to be congratulated on you way of getting more pea flakes! Our Hooman only lets us have a measly 3 pea flakes per night but then we get 3 apple chunks after and they are nicer than pea flakes. Maybe you should try demanding apple chunks too.

Eddie, I can only repeat: you are such a clever boy!

I remember you used to want to join the Stripey Nose Club, but you couldn't. I see you have a very nice stripe on your upper lip! Maybe you could form a Stripey Mouth Club? Only if you want of course.
 
Eddie is a very proud member of the non-stripey nose club and would never betray his friends in the club house, but he is also quite proud his stripey mouth has grown with him. Tofu used to call it a nose smudge and Eddie was very offended 😂 it’s a full stripe now!

He’s so big now - weigh day today and he’s 1.32kg. Bigger than Tofu ever was! At veggie time Meg has to climb on a hidey as a boost to match his height 😂

Sometimes Eddie stands with his feet out in a way that reminds me he is the same piggie as the little baby who first arrived - even if he’s so much bigger (and a little bit grumpier 😂) now

He is one month older than Meg and seems to be feeling it because she zooms circles around him while he lies in one spot, naps, and rumbles at her haha

Eddie loooooves to snooze in his hammock, but he jumps out of it as soon as I spot him up there. Getting photos is rare

Last weigh day, Eddie clocked in at 1.35kg. He's somehow still growing haha. Meg is settled at 1.05kg and she's very cuddly, a sweetheart <3
