Wheeksers
Junior Guinea Pig
One famous coffee shop/brand here in the UK is Costa. Another one is Cafe Nero. There's also Illy, Kenco, Lavazza, Douwe Egberts..I'm not sure Starbucks is a good name though.Update on the Frothy Five (or Steamy Seven):
Caribou (mom) and Babies are doing well - little ones are starting to nibble on solid foods with the rest of the herd.
Nutmeg & Brulee continue to show signs of possibly being pregnant. Brulee has gained 136g in the past few days, Nutmeg 65g - both have decreased activity, increased hay munching and water intake. Keeping an eye to ensure there is no possible illness, but the chances of being preggo is high. Just bought more stuff off of Amazon to ensure I am ready for the next batch of babies so that all piggies can stay together as long as possible in a larger cage - but to also have grids ready for when we need to sex these little ones. In the process, I might have used this as an excuse to get the clan two guinea pig beds I've been eyeballing: Bee and a Honey Pot. You know, it's #forthepigs.
We have named the babies for now until we know sexes: The black faced one is Mocha and the other is Smores (got to continue the line of coffee themed piggi names); However, my partner and I were talking about naming them after coffee brands or coffee shops - seeing how Caribou is named after Caribou Coffee. We have two names lined up for if any of our babies are boars: Peet and/or Dunkin. If they are sows: Moka and/or Ancora. We are also open to suggestions!

They are all beautiful, great job mummy pig! What about going really out there with coffee-making equipment? For instance: Hario (V60); Aero(press), Perky (Percolator), Frenchie(press); Sage (after my favourite precision brewer brand); Wilfa (equipment brand); Niche (after a cute little grinder).
Sorry, got me going now![]()
Don’t worry I’ve been one for years! With a bit of fish, rat and chinchilla thrown in for good measure!I'm a crazy cat lady and a crazed guinea mom!
