Gaia: *demurely eating her breakfast*

Minerva: *takes a bite - does a popcorn-zoomie lap of the cage - makes a pit stop for another bite - performs another circuit of popcorn-zoomies - makes a pit stop for another bite.... repeat 25x*

Gaia: "That one ain't right...."

Rally car or dodgem/bumper car is Minerva alright. Posh limousine might be Gaia after good night's kip, 2 breakfasts and if Minerva hasn't managed to push any of her buttons, otherwise bad-tempered white van driver is probably more accurate. :xd:

Are offered small pieces of celery to try.

Minerva: *Takes a bite out of every single piece, drops them all on the floor then sits on them so Gaia doesn't find out*

Me: *Brings them both treats*

Gaia: *legs it into the den\refuses to come out*
Minerva: *sits and waits*

Me: *Hand feeds Minerva a treat*

Gaia: *Aggressively pokes head out of den door 'ARE YOU GIVING HER SOMETHING AND NOT ME!?!?'

She still hasn't figured out that she can get on the roof of their den and reach the snacks I leave up there if she does this though. Gaia has figured out she can get up there but won't show Minerva how; more snacks for her that way. :xd:

Our piggies (now 4) have gotten used to the fact that humans exist. Little ones too, so they're not scared to come out to unfamiliar voices. I wasn't sure whether to feel unloved but I think it's good that they know people are ok.

These kids are way too loud and rough though so I'm not sure they'll ever take to children. They may take to biting people instead because of said children. 😭
 
There's a tug-of-war over a specific piece of food at least twice a day in my bedroom. Heck yesterday I went to give them cucumber and, despite having a piece easily available in both hands, they both went for the same piece in my right hand. Cam had to cross the path of my left hand to reach my right hand.

I hate to tell you, but they rarely grow out of it :))
