When Dennis went to the Rainbow Bridge and then Christian, I was going to wait a week after Christian had left us before attempting to bond Betsy with Meg and Patsy but I waited 2 days. Betsy was becoming increasingly unhappy without Dennis and Meg was showing signs of dominance over Patsy without Christian there. Betsy is a very dominant piggy and I didn't want Meg to get ideas above her station. I felt bad bonding them so soon after the deaths of my boys but knew it was the right thing to do. Don't feel bad, you need to do what is right in your situation and right now that is making sure Mrs Dougal has company albeit through the bars so she won't be lonely.

Thank you, , Mrs dougal is making a little noise whilst seems very pitiful, but she's eaten had a chin rub and snooze.
 
OK, its very quiet with Mrs dougal , , thats cos Florence was the busy one etc, its been 24 hours she's been single thats prob the 1st time ever
I can't take pictures as Mrs Dougal's has always been camera shy,
I fed her and ok little encouragement but she's had some food found a secret treat which for ages I tho Florence ate but seems I was wrong 😆
And she's sat in a hay tray, I know its ok to want her to be happy but I do feel guilty and guess 😕 cos so soon after
 
Only just looked in on the forum due to a busy evening and caught up on you sad news. I am so sorry to read this and send hugs to you and Mrs. Dougal. Florence knew how much you love her and she will always be with you in fond memories. Sleep well over the bridge sweet girl xx🌈
