My precious therapy pig Belle

My 4 year old just asked me if Belle would always be dead, I sadly told her yes and she said “I know, we just need someone to kiss her and she will wake up!” I said “oh true love’s kiss” and she said “yeah, it works every time!” Too many fairy tale stories but I like her optimism. I explained to her that Belle is probably up in heaven sitting on Granny’s lap (she passed away a year ago) and playing with all of the other guinea pigs in heaven.

Belle was obviously a beautiful pig both in name and nature. Hers was truly a piggie life well lived, giving love to you, her piggie family and all those people she met as a therapy pig. I hope some of those happy memories will help you at this sad time.
