New arrivals soon coming...

I would treat them now if I were you - the treatment can start working straight away then& clean them out tomorrow as planned.
Is it the spot on xeno treatment you have?

It will kill off any weaker lice & stop a few hours of breeding time too ;)
The lice will be mostly on their bodies & very few in/on the environment yet anyway as they are so new to you.

I usually brush the hair backwards with my hand/fingers & put the spot on treatment on the skin, in the parting left in the hair. Along between the shoulders and at the back of the neck/between the ears area as the guineas can't nibble there as well as easily reached parts. Usually seems successful.

Glad they got on OK :wub: xx
I cannot treat them tonight as I am at work until six and am not returning home, my mum is looking after them in terms of veggies and hay etc but she isn't the quickest at catching them for something like lice treatment, I would've done it this morning but it was literally drop the pigs back home and then rush to work. I appreciate the advice though, thank you x

Hopefully the lice will be cleared quickly as you caught it so soon
Yeah the vet couldn't see that many she saw two during the animation so I'm pretty sure it's a recent infestation, at least I could get into the vets today though to get it sorted!

Ive just realised how many typos Ive made during this thread 🤣 Oh god 😳 It must be all the excitement, never did I think I'd have 4 piggies (until I moved into myown house)! I made it work though 🎉
