She survived the night. She was eating and drinking when i left for work. Even took pellets from me, albeit with attitude but thats also a good sign... Slept on her pile of hay last night. Shes pooping but the are small and deformed. I'm assuming from the swelling still there. But no blood drops anywhere...

Please be aware that it takes on average 24 hours for any food to work its way through the digestive system so any poos are running 1-2 days behind the actual food intake.
Please continue with support feeding until weight and poo output have stabilised and are on the way up. The healing process takes on average about 2-3 days to kick in fully. Has she got painkillers to help her during the initial post-op stages?
