Oki Feels Much Better After Her Haircut!

Yesterday, we managed to give Oki a well needed hair trim, using coriander and some parsley as bribery.
This morning, I couldn’t resist taking a few pictures, much to her dismay...

We don’t use any books but we do you special scissors called “curved mayo scissors” - they are really useful as they are sharp enough so we can cut her hair quickly and cause her less stress but they are also curved so it means there is less potential for us to nip her.

We just trim everywhere because otherwise it gets in her eyes and at the back her poo and wee gets caught in it. Also she ends up dragging it along side her and then hay gets stuck in it. So we give her more of an Abby hairstyle

I’m actually sending a few pictures to the guinea pig magazine as we’ve been reading for about a year now and the girls have decided they want to feature in the our pictures section.
