OUTDOOR HUTCH RECOMMENDATIONS:)

[Livylou]

Please help me find a large outdoor hutch that is sturdy and provides enough room...I'm really struggling as pet shops don’t provide any that I seem to like and I don’t always trust online shops as you can’t view the product

Have you considered c&c cages I bought ours cheap of Amazon, if not you can get a hutch and add a covered extension

[Livylou]

I have considered yes but I have a dog so I really don’t think it’s suitable. He’s grown up around pigs but I feel having them in the same environment wouldn’t be good as if they are outside they have their own space...do you know of any good hutches on amazon? Thank you

I have the Chartwell 6 ft 2 storey one. It's well built and you can buy covers to protect the hutch and piggies from the weather

[Guineapiggies_]

BUNNY BUSINESS Double Decker Wooden Rabbit/ Guinea Pig Hutch with Play Area: Amazon.co.uk: Pet Supplies it's a decent sized and has a segund floor

BUNNY BUSINESS The Grove Red Cedar Double Decker Rabbit/ Guinea Pig Hutch and Run: Amazon.co.uk: Pet Supplies. Another decent sized cage

I Myself don't use a hutch and I have never used one so this took a couple of Google searches.

I have a really good hutch I am really pleased with it. It also has the covers. It is the one @Lady Kelly has.

I got it from here:-

Chartwell Double Hutches
Hutch Hugger™
Hutch Snuggles with Bye Bye Fly Screen™

These really are not good hutches for piggies. The "indoor" area is far too small and the run section is too exposed. If piggies are to be outdoors all year round the hutch cannot sit on the ground like that and needs to be raised on legs so that the cold from the ground doesn't freeze them

i agree with the previous posters, ive the same hutches, they are sturdy .ive had mine for 4 years.

I totally agree, thank you x

Agreeing with all the above! I've recently got two chartwell hutches, 6ft double and a 7ft single. Really happy with them. The weather proofing cover is a must not just for the piggies but also to preserve the hutch, as with any outdoor hutch.

We have the bluebell hideaway 2 story hutch and love it
