Totally agree with Pampered Piggies - they are blatently lying about where a lot of the "adoptables" come from. The reality is that they have been stock that have come in pregnant and are now too old to sell. Funny how they changed the signs on the adoption area of my local one from "too old to be sold in the Bunny Village" to "my owner didn't want me any more". Same animals, different signs.

I'm glad she's finally found a good home.

I agree with the adoption thing at P@H in the Aintree store they have an adoption area and once had a pig in there that was allergic to woodshavings so obviously couldn't be put with their other pigs as they don't use anything else but wood shavings no wonder in the store ALL the pigs are always hidden in pigloos!

The next time I went in they had a bunny up for adoption and he had a cold but wasn't for sale until he got better, more like wasn't for sale until he got better then got lashed in with the other buns!

That's shocking! Can they really get away with that?! Although I've been cynical of the idea myself as to me it's an easy way for whim buyers to offload their animals thay've bought on impulse, but to blatantly lie about if an animal is unwanted?! Can they really do this?
