Claire, i think its a cheek they now expect you to call them and its not even a free phone number! more expense for you then!

I used to get p@h timothy and most the time it was dull and didnt smell very nice. So now i order it from dustfreehay. Its a little bit more expensive if you only get the 2 bale, but its so worth it. Its got nice long peices ands very green and smells lovely. And theres no nasty dusty bits at the bottom so theres no waste.

P&H hay is horrid and dusty my rabbits will not eat it at all, the piggies probably would because they'll eat anything but I don't buy it anymore all of my hay comes from a local farm shop and it smells really sweet

I use hay from Jollyes at the moment and my gang love it. I have tried PaH hay previously, but with twenty-five pigs, it was too expensive. It's so hard to find good quality hay these days, that is also safe and liked by guinea pigs.

Mine get soft hay in a big bag for £3... It is cut on a local farm and they sell it to the pet shop...
I really dont like the compressed slabs of hay at all... Very short and sharp stems and more dusty than the bags i get...

it really was gross, i mean, the fact there were bits of binbags in there, plus they were burnt? they must know it went in a batch. i hope they do a product recall.

I'm going to email back and say I want a refund.

result! i emailed about a refund (note i didnt call!) and this was the reply
