Peaches Being Neutered

This morning when I went into the pigs to check on them. I noticed that Peaches had eaten his bowl of food, all his hay and half a bottle of water. I was so happy and he got super cuddles. Basically I'm just saying that Peaches is doing very well.
Great news. :-)

That's great news! One of my boars Bramley has gone to be neutered today and I am really worried about him x

Hey guys. Peaches got his staples taken out today. The vet said that he can definately meet the girls again today. I'm not going to put them in the same cage tonight but right now they have just met. I'm going to post a new thread asking about bonding and stuff since this is a different sort of topic.

Am sorry but your vet is wrong, they really should not meet until it is 6 weeks post op or you risk yours sows becoming pregnant.

Can they not meet for a little while for floor time if I keep an eye on them and stay with them at all times?

It will literally take seconds for an accident to happen. Can they live alongside each other in separate cages and meet through the bars?

Yep, they can do that. Do you think I can introduce them properly around the end of March or start of April?

He was neutered on the 10th of February and his staples were taken out on the 19th of February which was today.

Ok thanks. I'll probably have to do it at the weekend after this because it is on a weekday and I'm busy, but if I have the time that is perfect. Thanks
