Lovely pics! And a very hard working ratty, too!

I would leave them together and let them sort any remaining problems out between them as they go along. They have clearly bonded and the hierarchy has been decided, too. What is left is just ironing out the last of the small print and some etiquette lessons for Eddie... ;)

'Etiquette, what's that?' says Ed, he has calmed down on the naughty business now Tia isn't in season, just likes to put his paws on ratty but doesn't do anything. He has been warned 'It will fall off if he uses it too much' ;)
 
Does anyone know when I can put any of the tunnels/cosies back in? They are getting along better now and Ruby isn't retaliating to Edward coming near her and is even letting him groom her ears for a short time. I just feel the cage is so bare at the moment but obviously don't want to push it before they're ready.

It's ok to put the furniture back in now that things have calmed down.

I meant to add to the previous post that I tried putting the log Bridge back in before but tia was a bit possessive about it I do have their two cosie tunnels I could put in as well.
 
I'm sure as long as there is 3 of everything they will be fine. Some piggies are funny like that arnt they. I'm sure Honor would be the same if anyone dared go in her cozie- she's crazy for them :P ! lol :P
 
Glad it has all worked out so well. He sounds just like Barley - chatters when the girls tell him off.
 
Make sure that you have at least 3 hideys in there, ideally one more, same with food bowls - possessiveness is part of the dominance game.

They have three food bowls, two water bottles and three piles of hay. They are happy to share their veg on a big plastic plate together. I have popped the two cosey tunnels in and the log bridge as I only have the two coseys that are open ended. Edward seems overjoyed to have his beloved tunnels back.
 
I would think that you can pop the rest in once you are happy with the way they are with their cosies. The bonding has now happened.
 
So pleased that this has all gone well. Really enjoyed catching up on this thread just :) Edward is one lucky boy to have found a home with the Ginger Sausages. Loving the photo's, he is one chilled out piggie in them. Your girls look as gorgeous as ever too :love:
 
Piggies are still getting along reasonably well, I think Ruby has really accepted Edward now and I think he is definitely going to be top piggy.
The girls are generally letting him do some 'power' ear grooming, although he is a little rough, he seems to tug on their ears at times- the girls don't protest so it can't hurt them- I just don't think he knows how to treat a lady gently. She even has a small scratch on her nose which I think might be a little nip, and I have my suspicions where it has come from.
Tia is a little more hesitant of letting him groom her(and whinges lots) , I think she will end up as bottom pig but as yet she isn't quite prepared to let go of where she is in the hierachy.

I would have loved to get some more pictures of the girls but they are just not into staying still unlike Edward.

I love the last pic, with all the gang together, I'm pleased for you, that it seems to be going quite well!
 
He is soooooooo chilled, makes me sleepy looking at him :))
