Please send healing wheeks for big pig Clover!

Here is big pig Clover tonight enjoying her boss lady hay rights, looking a bit lopsided as her torn nail is on the front foot of the same side as her limpy back leg so she's a bit more wonky than usual, but flanked by her loyal husboar Theo who has been "on guard" and protecting her boss lady status and precious sore toe most diligently!
Blod on the left is looking a bit shifty and is missing a bit of bum fur tonight, as she possibly played a role in the torn nail drama yesterday by trying to make off with Clover's lettuce leaf and causing a chase...

Hope Clover is feeling better today.
That’s not nice losing a nail.
Jemimah managed to tear a nail out when she was a baby so I know what you mean about the blood!
Her nail grew back perfectly - hope Clover’s does too

Well if Blod did have anything to do with Big Pig Clover's bloody toe she has learnt her lesson and I doubt she'll do it again in a hurry as she has lost some bum fur.

I think all three younger ladies learned their lesson, there was lots of blood then Clover disappeared for an hour and they were all very worried about her!
She is a good boss piggy and is only bossy if somepig steals her dinner or favourite bed, then she will chase them and hump them or sit on them in a very matter of fact friendly way until she gets her food and comfy nap spot back, then she'll lick their ears and share her dinner and snuggle up with them :)

Clover's toe is looking good today, rather than stress her with handling and obvious feet examinations I had her standing up at the cage bars while piggy daddy hand fed her beansprouts so I could see her little front feetsies resting on the bars- no swelling or redness, just a rather short stumpy looking toe with a little scab on the end, and she still trusts us enough to come for hand fed treats :) cost us a whole pack of beansprouts though as the whole herd wanted to join in, they can never wait for food bowls on beansprout night and those gorgeous little kissy doughnut mouths all begging for beansprouts are hard to resist!
