some of u may have read about my Harry in general chat,
i'm sorry to go on and on but i'm just so sad about the state the pet shop let him get into :'(
he has got a huge bald patch across his chest between his front legs and around his front legs that isnt sore at all, just bald
and after our lovely cuddle this morning i've found quite a few more scabs behind his ears, on the top of his head and the back of his neck.
His white hair has got lots of black bits in it that i can pick out that just look like dirt, and his brown hair has got what looks like dandruff.
I am treating him for mites and keeping everything really clean for him and trying a variety of different veggies, but he doesnt seem to want to eat them (even cucumber!) i know he has had a drink and my OH saw him eating some dry food but wish he'd eat some veg! although he probaby isnt used to that :'(
From the size of his cage in the pet shop i know he hasnt been able to hardly move around :tickedoff: so living with me is a bit strange for him so i know he needs to settle in.
fingers crossed everybody he'll be running around and eating lots of veggies very soon!
is there anything else u think i can do for him? is it worth gettin vitamin drops etc? i can get some today if anyone thinks they'd b worthwhile, i havent got much experience of poorly piggies.
thanks everyone! xx
