Treacle now has a white patch forming on here ear :( Getting the cream on her nose is getting harder and harder she HATES it and I'm sure my hubby might well get nipped soon. Going to start using the cream on her ear as well :... .
How often should we be striping the cage and F10ing it?

I would do it every clean out I do mine every 2 to 3 days so give it a good blitz then.

Also spray around play areas/ playpen and furnishings that they have touched.

Keep up a really good hygiene regime.

Thanks Suzy for the info, I've ordered the stuff and got it coming tomorrow. Hopefully Treacle will be on the mend soon.

Good luck with the cream. When mine had ringworm their ears were really white and scabby.

The cream didn't work for me - had to get a systemic treatment from the vet in the end. I can't remember what it was called now but it was an oral medicine (for cats I think?) and apparently tastes like chocolate. No problem giving them that - they used to just stand there with open mouths waiting for it so it must have been tasty! Anyway - don't worry if the cream doesn't work completely because there are other options. :)

Have you got some hibiscrub? Might be worth using that instead of regular soap atm.
