This is something I'm not sure if I'm doing right.
What size of veggies should be given?
For example
For a carrot, a whole one, half of one, a quarter?
Romaine lettuce, a whole big green leaf or half or less?
Piece of celery...whole stalk/stem, half quarter?
I knwo that is also going to depend on how big the carrot is in the first place ;D but taking for an average size of everything
I'm giving 2 or 3 pieces of veg twice a day so I'm sure John Anderson is getting enough, but I'm not sure if I've got the portion sizes too big, small or just right?
This morning he had half of a carrot, about 2 inches of celery and a couple of sprigs of corriander and a sprig of parsley
This evening I'll probably give him about 2 inches of cucumber, romaine lettuce and possibly brocolli or apple (not had apple this week)
Does this sound about right?
He also gets grass when he goes out in the run outside, but since he's having to share the run with Bob, he's getting more indoor floor time for exercise (he's easier to catch indoors than Bob is)
