Junior Guinea Pig
Hi All,
Maddy was spayed on Friday after loosing weight slowly over the last couple of weeks and no responding to any treatment. The vet found she had 2 very toxic cysts.
When she came home after the op she was quite alert and did attempt to eat some food herself. Since then she has not touched anything herself. I have been syringe feeding critical care but last night she stopped been interested in that. This morning I was able to get her to take apple and cucumber syringe feed. Now she is refusing that - she is just letting it drip out of her mouth.
She is on metacam. She also has a heat pad that she is spending a lot of time sat next too. Other than that she is really flat and not moving.
Any advice please?
