Hi and welcome

I am very sorry for your nasty shock. It sounds like your sow was already dying when your mother found her.
Please always see a vet asap as a life or death emergency if a piggy is collapsed on their side or belly. When your girl blind jumped, she was no longer with it and would have died very soon after even without the jump; I have seen this with piggies dying from acute heart failure of mine. You haven't killed her, so please take a deep breath!

Unfortunately it is too late now to try and save any babies. Unless your sow was in labour, it is very likely that they would not have been developed enough to survive on their own anyway. :(
About every 5th birth goes wrong with the best of care; the risk of miscarriage and birthing complications with loss of life is even higher in any other conditions. As you don't know the genetic background, you don't know what hidden genetic time bombs in the body are in play, either.
It is one of the reasons why we are a strictly no intentional breeding forum. When you go on a breeding forum, you will find the pregnancy section there literally littered with deaths and tragedies. Even our pregnancy and baby section for unplanned pregnancies and surprise births has its fair share of dead-born or dying babies with the occasional mother dying during a pregnancy, in labour or from birthing complications. :(

And here is what you can do for yourself to cope with the trauma you have suffered. The guide will help you make sense of your feelings now and in the coming days and weeks as you slowly digest the tragedy. Intense feelings of guilt are characteristic of the onset of the grieving process, especially when the end has come very suddenly and unexpectedly.
