Red swollen crack feet

I have a 5 year old piggy and he is turning 6 in July! I gave him a bath today and I noticed he had very red, open sores on his two back feet. From what I’ve red it is probably from urine, but unfortunately I don’t have the money right now to bring him to the vet. Does anyone know of anything I could purchase to help him out?

I feel like a vet trip would be needed for medicine. Could you call the vet and just tell them about your concerns?
