I don’t want to force them to eat it either. I was just curious to see if there were any tips to try to urge them to try it. It’s a little odd because they have eaten and liked every other vegetable I’ve given them. And that all three of them don’t like it, but oh well, there’s other vegetables.Well for a good 2 years my guinea hated bell pepper so I asked for alternatives and I used kale and other thing! I really don’t think you should force them to eat it if they don’t want too. I never really tried getting my guinea pigs to eat stuff they don’t like. Only recently did they start liking bell pepper.
My two boars Bill and Ted never liked Bell Pepper or coriander. they are all individuals and there‘s lots and lots of other veggies, herbs, grasses and forage that you can give them. Don’t worry about it, enjoy experimenting with different foodsI don’t want to force them to eat it either. I was just curious to see if there were any tips to try to urge them to try it. HiHi, I have recently tried to introduce a little bit of bell pepper to my 3, 6 week old guinea pigs. But they refuse to eat it. Any tips on how to get them to try it?
Yeah, different colours might work. My piggies will not eat much red, orange and yellow bell peppers, but they go crazy for green ones!Try some different colors too if you have the option to. My 2 have fases where they love red bell pepper one month and the next one they're all about orange, yellow or green peppers![]()
